Btw my bandcamp Friday haul was the rest of the black dresses albums I didn't have, Julius Eastman's femenine, 2 N+G ROTMs I was missing, a live fennesz project, and the Celeste OST
The first posthumous album with MF DOOM is here.. he and czarface seemingly made a tribute to early age rap (and Kendra Morris is featured on a song... As well as DMC himself)
with bandcamp fridays i feel like i have to go full #noswap with the N+G ROTMs but some aren't clicking.. but also i dont want to discourage or make fun of any picks or miss out if some of these go out of stock in the vinyl shortage (and what if I end up liking it later on)
With the madoka magica soundtrack hitting worldwide streaming tomorrow (probably my favorite anime ever).. I'm hoping so much that the vinyl gets a reissue
nurture is a fantastic electronic album if i DID overhype it in my head... if you dont like very saccharine feelings and anime and mainstream dance you will definitely hate it.. but if you are like me it will be a great ride
so this emo band from 2014 called grammer who made a great EP, one loose single, then disappeared suddenly returned under a new name with the only real difference being they changed bassists and its a great song
with both spirit of the beehive and the armed..i'm finding new acts i love with sounds that seem made for me (though ULTRAPOP is not as good as entertainment, death because the mixing of it is an issue)
i;ve been a VMP subscriber almost nonstop (only really leaving for 2 months) for 6 years and have been trying to get them to hire me for an electronic or punk sub.... where is my interview
