This is a relatively new outdoor venue in KC with a ~100 capacity. It appears to have sold out in less than 3 minutes so I'm really excited I got tickets and for this to be my first show of 2021.
In decisions I may later regret: I bought my son some nunchucks and they were delivered a few minutes ago. In case you were wondering how to make a 5 year old boys day I've discovered the secret.
I had a $150 record I sold on Discogs shipped via Priority 3-day and IT NEVER GOT SCANNED. Shout out to the honest discogs buyer who let me know the package was delivered.
This new Goat Girl album is nice.

I don't know if this is a humblebrag or something I should be mildly ashamed of but I saw Van Halen live with all three lead singers. RIP EVH.

I saw Toots & the Maytals play a small club in Lawrence KS during the summer almost 20 years ago. It was the hottest room I’ve ever been in...it had to be close to triple digits inside. Toots was wearing leather pants and a vest and he absolutely killed it. Rest In Power.
This album is now sold out almost everywhere online since his death but this still feels ultra gross. This record was $20 the day before he died.
