I don't know the last release they did--haven't really paid much attention and have no sense of time anymore...wouldn't be shocked if they are waiting to see how the dust settles on how many members they have with their new system + how many people asked for refunds on membership, etc before...

Yea--I dislike this kind of pricing comparison. If it's just a color-way but same cut with huge price difference (which lord knows VMP used to do and still does), that's one thing. But comparing the VBR to the VMP on Sun Ra is night and day difference. Many times, I would rather buy a $40 record...

I got my refund yesterday. They apologized for tardiness in response and said the help desk was switched over so they are playing catch up with emails.

If you don’t need a pre out for a sub or home theater bypass, then you could go for a regular Kinki EX-M1 i believe and save some money. Edit: i see @Joe Mac laughing so assume that HT is needed… Kinki also had open box deals a little while ago. Not sure if they still have them in stock. $2500...

People were emailing because some people didn’t get confirmations, or wanted to combine orders before shipping since the site kept crashing. I emailed him since I had to place separate orders and wanted him to combine and refund some of the shipping. Otherwise it would have been nearly $70 to...

I think they do everything. They do warehousing and fulfillment for various industries on quick glance. I was making a joke though because VMP blames them for any issues they ever have.
