I would think that having back problems would be among the least of my concerns before turning 30.

Went to a record store in Hawaii with an hour of free time in the area. Saw a sealed copy of Billie Eilish's newest LP for $26.95 upon entering.
Exited the store within one minute without purchases.
Landed safely! About 2PM over here...now to find a late lunch.
Just about to board a plane to Honolulu, HI for vacation!
