They did— supposed to receive instructions tomorrow about return/replacement when their office opens back up on Monday.
Seems just like a bit of bad luck on my end, but everything appears like it will get set right, company has been communicative thus far.

Think I misread this the first time— you’re saying the vertical piece removes, but the rest should be secured down? Aka that piece shouldn’t just be loose in the bottom of the “well” / basin.
Hey all— my package arrived today and trying to get it set up. Is this piece supposed to be attached at the bottom of the basin? On my first pour the water just emptied into the bottom of the machine?
