The show I was hoping to see tonight but could no longer attend due to my wife catching the covfefe just got cancelled because the headliner just caught the 'vid himself. He's trying to reschedule for the end of his tour in mid-October. Shitty for him to be ill --especially on the road-- but I feel quite lucky that I should get to see him after all!

I know long lead times and delays on vinyl releases often lead to complaints, but I love forgetting about a preorder until I get a shipping notice much later. It feels almost like a free record by then!

In the last ten minutes the baby has pulled a large salt lamp by the cable off a shelf, missing their head by mere inches, and I've choked worse than I've ever experienced before on a piece of egg and toast. Good thing I took a mental health day today. Very relaxing.
