I recently started playing again too. It's weird because I could barely remember songs I learned 5 years ago but somehow I could still play the "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" solo I learned in high school.
Yeah, I see that. I have Know Your Enemy and Postcards CDs packed away in my basement somewhere. Sometimes I debate picking up the MOV version of Know Your Enemy but the reviews don't seem kind.
Is there no way to browse their catalog before subscribing? Trying to see if they have other UK only released albums that I go looking for that aren't on Apple Music. If it has the original Manics "Know Your Enemy" on there sign me up!
That's actually the tour I saw them on. I'd be down for that.
I just noticed Love Kraft isn't on Apple Music in the US. I was so ready to listen to that next.
I think I prefer the days where the album is a blind spot. That's the point of the whole thing. I can listen to the albums I know any time I want. I've listened to "Parklife" and "Whatever People Say I Am" in my life more time than I care to admit.
In this case I meant more than I never really dug into them that deep. I'm aware of who they are, generally their sound, the fact that Karen played drums and their Christmas songs. I liked listening to this album so maybe I'll dig a little deeper.
