Albums That Need to Be Pressed / Repressed on Vinyl

circles around the sun is repressing interludes for the dead. both as a 2xlp and a deluxe 4xlp version. doubt this will last long as its supposedly only 500 pressings, jump on this y'all.

They'll probably be up a while. On the Neal Casal Foundation site it says 3000 of the 4LP and 5000 of the 2LP. Still not one to miss imo.

As much as I'd love to be able to just casually drop $250+ on the limited/numbered MOFI that is the only vinyl version to date, that's not even remotely feasible - so I'd love to see some sweet repress action happen with this.

My wants I keep saying:
Eagle Eye Cherry -Desireless
Verve Pipe-Villains
Counting Crows-This Desert Life (I know it won’t ever be probably either )
Matisyahu-Live at Stubbs
Presidents of US-Pure Frosting
There’s a copy of this desert life on eBay for a cool 2 grand or something!

Pretty sure those tapes are long gone right? Think Adam Duritz has said that in a few interviews.

I definitely slacked on buying this for a long time, but scooped it at the last minute for retail, before everything went bonkers. This album was how I tricked my wife into liking the Dead when we met 17 years ago.

I hope it gets a repress for you and everyone else who missed it. It needs to happen.

I still can't believe that John Scofield's A Go Go only ever got a South Korean pressing. I expected that to change, but I'm still waiting.

A Go Go is a definite must!

I was going to post that the Rabih Abou-Kahlil album “Blue Camel” is in need of a repress, but then I went and Google’d it and came back with three different websites taking preorders with a release date of September 30th, and the price varies wildly between all three:

Toadies-Hell Below/Stars Above (They've been hinting at it long enough)
Burden Brothers-Buried in Your Black Heart
Local H-Here Comes the Zoo(Hopefully 20th anniversary like they've been doing)
Local H-Whatever Happened to PJ Soles
Local H-No Fun Ep
Local H-12 Angry Months
Authority Zero-Passage in Time and pretty much all of their albums
Lupe Fiasco-Tetsuo & Youth
Miranda Lambert-Kerosene
Got 1 so far, and adding:

Ghostface Killah-Supreme Clientele
Gillian Welch-Time(The Revelator) & Revival
The Radio Dept-Lesser Matters
The Cure-Bloodflowers

Some goodies there.
Next year marks the 30th for Spilt Milk so we’ll see. The 30th for Bellybutton has passed and there wasn’t a reissue and it’s been 10 years since Omnivore reissued them both. I don’t think they have the rights anymore.
I’d really like to see CO reissue Biggest Bluest Hi-Fi.

Also, Afghan Whigs “Gentlemen” is in need of a repress:

Next year will be the 30th Anniversary of the album, so maybe then?
I was surprised to see where prices had gone on the 2014 reissues! I picked up a UK first press for a tenner not that long ago (three years or so, according to discogs, so maybe not that recent!). though sadly not the version with the 12".

I think 'Young Team' is meant to be coming at some point. May also be true of 'Let's Get Out of This Country' but have nothing to back that up.

The Hour of Bewilderbeast: Badly Drawn Boy - The Hour Of Bewilderbeast

How about some Bloodhound Gang for those with a warped sense of humor?
Hefty Fine was never issued on vinyl. Come on, RSD... leave those dusty dollar bin records off your reissue lists!

The only vinyl version of this album available is the clean promo.
Truly an underrated gem of '98 - it would be great to see it get a proper pressing!
