I did. No go.
It's a FedEx situation to ship to Canada which is why it's so much. But that also guarantees there would be extra charges. Pre-FedEx fuckery it would be already just shy of $450 toque tickets. I'm guessing duties/FedEx fuckery would at another $50-100 on top of that.
As cool as this is, I can't justify those numbers.

currently it's only hitting EU and AUS gizzverse. They said on twitter it may eventually end up in the US but it's not even hitting our gizzverse this go round.

Picked up the new IIYMF variant and the 2 LP Quarters (thinking I may have messed up and should have went for the color variant instead). Had to pay NY city and state tax on this, which was a new one for me but happy to get some cool versions of albums I didn’t own

I'm not a fan of dividing things amongst the different stores...I grabbed the black 2xLP MotU which was (at least at the time of my ordering) only in the AU store and I would have liked the Exploding Sun/No Body but I don't want to spend overseas shipping twice from two different regions for the same band on the same day.

I'm sure before my order arrives they'll announce a stunning color 2xLP MotU in the US store for half what I paid... but here we are. I'll try to grab that 7" when I see them live this summer

I wanted MoTU but woke up at 6:10 and apparently they decided to only do 500 of something people have wanted since they put the album out.

Really though. “Hey people have been asking for this motu thing for 6 years, we should do it finally” “sounds good, we just sold out red rocks and had an amazing EU tour and have most of our upcoming US tour sold out, how many copies do we press?” “Under a thousand, lulz”
