All Things King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard

How much are youse paying for the bootleg shows on BC?
I stream them on streaming services to toss the boys pennies, then if I pick up a bootleg try to find a physical copy via bandcamp. AFAIK, anything the band has released themselves off this tour have been SBD mixes, fans are out in the crowd taping as well though if you like that vibe to your recordings.

I've been paying $1 AUD for each show so I get unlimited streaming in the Bandcamp app, and more importantly the ability to make playlists. I doubt I'll ever be able to accumulate all the physical releases as they come, but I've already pre-ordered Vancouver and expect I'll pick up a few others along rhe way (haven't listened to San Francisco yet the appeal for that one is way high for me!)

It's nice the Aussie dollar is a little lower than the Canuck buck; I got 22 shows for just under $20

I think I listened to some of the Forrest Hills show, but haven't done a deep dive on this tour. Last night I paid $11 for the Las Vegas show on BC. This way I have easy access to their app. I use Apple music and there aren't a lot of shows listed, yet. Honestly, I prefer SBD mixes. Less risk of crowd chatter.

That is fair. I'd definitely order the LV show if a physical copy was made available.

"bootleg gizzard" is what they should be listed under. Last I knew they had every show from the first leg of this year up already.

Saw them in Austin for the first time. I’ve been pretty aware of what they’ve been up to but never really dove in so I went in with zero expectations. Holy shit.

It was an extremely indescribable musical experience.

It was like i was watching 5 different bands. I didn’t know what would happen at any given moment. The switching of genres and singers on a dime. Amazing. Feel spoiled hitting up a marathon show first.

This makes me so happy!

Welcome to the weird.
