It's been open for a while, but my favorite Tucson record store, Wooden Tooth, opened a second location on Congress. On my off Fridays, I usually wander between the two stores shopping, haha.

Whoa! As much as I've heard Perry has gone downhill as a vocalist/performer, he was a massive influence on me when I started singing as a teenager. I'm going to have to remember that sale date.

Scottsdale is light on record stores, but if you get a chance to venture next door to Phoenix, there are several Zia Records throughout the valley area.
Other favorites: Stinkweeds, The In-Groove.
Asylum in Mesa and Double Nickels Collective in Tempe are also good spots.
There’s also a place south of the airport called Record High. It’s smaller but I believe they specialize in blues/jazz. Been awhile since I’ve been there.

Definitely check out Zia Records, The In Groove, Stinkweeds. There are a lot of other record shops outside Scottsdale, which isn't too far. Just depends how much time you have!
What are you in Scottsdale for? I'm about 90 mins away.
