Wasn’t there a bundle for these? I’m not seeing it but I’m sure there was… maybe I’m losing it one way or another.

I think they treat the referral and reward credits as promo codes so they don’t stack.

Yeah, I tried them and was out of luck. Currently have 4 albums (apparently Live Bewitched sold out today so I’m out of luck there) in my cart for $81 shipped which would put me at $90 left in gift cards. The end of my bandbox journey is in sight.
