patience. they will create a claim form and i'll post it here when i see it. you'll need order number and last 4 digits of CC used. then they will send you an invoice for shipping.

if you did a charge back you will NOT get the album apparently (this is why they want the last 4 digits)

i appreciate that you've been posting these here, i keep forgetting to go back and check, just because i am so annoyed about the whole thing!

they haven't done judas priest yet no?

nope. they have only done 5 or 6 titles so far i think. slowly but surely.

nick alt has been surprisingly quick to respond to me about stuff and giving me details. always following up on reddit with me too to let me know whats next or sending me a link to the forms/invoices.

And the self titled has a big scratch on it, cool. I appreciate the offer. I need to pay someone to flatten some records because I have quite a few with warps at this point.

you're welcome to send me a big ol box if you want and happy to flatten em for free if you just pay shipping. i got the record pi recently and have been flattening a lot of stuff with success!
