You are receiving this email because we have you listed as an
‘active’ member in our system, meaning your subscription with us is current (this does not mean you are going to be charged if you’ve set your account up to skip payments for a certain amount of time). *
If you are receiving this email and are not a current member with Bandbox, feel free to disregard and read no further.
With that being said, we are thrilled to announce that we have been working tirelessly to
revamp our member portal experience for you all! The new system will be more user friendly and simplified and will allow you to more easily and intuitively choose your album every month (if you prefer) or will auto-select an album for you (if you like the surprise). It will also let you to add extra albums to your monthly subscription as a one-time purchase at the discounted member rate (20% off) without making you create additional subscriptions! There will be a
completely new design that look more in line with our current store, so you will already be somewhat familiar with how to navigate.
There will be a few changes to keep note of, the biggest being your monthly charge date moving forward will now be on the 1st of the month effective
January 1st 2023. Choosing albums will be slightly different, as well, and we will plan to follow up with some additional FAQ info for the new portal soon. Although, we hope the new portal is so intuitive, you won't have any questions (that’s the goal, at least)!
PLEASE READ THIS PART, AS IT’S VERY IMPORTANT: This month only, you will need to select your album in the
current member portal by
12/24 @ 11:59PM. This will be the album that will be migrated over to the new site with you, so that when you are charged on 1/1/23, you will be charged with this album. If you don’t choose your album by the 24th, an album will be selected for you. Of course, we are always open to make an exchange after the fact if needed. Simply email us at
talk@bandboxrocks.com to make such a request.
The new member portal will be
live starting 12/28, after which you are free to login and check it out!
Between 12/24 and then, you will temporarily have no access to your account.
Please bear with us for the next couple of weeks as we work to make the migration happen. We're sure there will be some learning curves, but all in all, we are really happy to share the new portal with you! If you see any issues with your account once you access the new member portal,
feel free to reach out to us at talk@bandboxrocks.com. Once you have access to the new portal, please be sure to login in and check all your personal and billing information to make sure it’s still accurate. Unfortunately,
purchase history does not carry over from our old system to the new one, so we will have to start fresh there. We apologize for any inconveniences that may cause. Lastly, be sure to check the album queued up for you and
make sure it’s the album you’d like to receive!
There will be some follow up communication coming from us in the next couple of weeks, so please be on the lookout.
