For those who got it and didn’t open yet, be very careful when taking the albums out of the sleeves. Mine had some debris inside that could have easily scratched the record. But they seem fine after an US cleanThis hobby is hard sometimes. Got atmosphere yesterday, scratched pretty heavily in a few spots. Reached out to CS, no replacements available UNLESS someone sends a return? Never heard that one before.

I am slightly annoyed. I have had a Bandbox sub for the longest time and have always only selected one record. I added to my sub when they did the $120 sub last summer I believe. Now that the migration is happened, it is asking me to select two records a month instead of one when I added to my sub, I just wanted my subscription extended instead of getting two records a month. Not sure what to do. I could skip but then I lose the benefits of getting the credits and test press.

Can’t you just ask them to go back to 1 record per month? I agree on needing new exclusives but I have Yo La Tengo, then Iapetus then maybe Metric so I’m okay for a bit.I know one thing, I need some new exclusives soon because I have either purchased or selected everything I want and it is getting hard to find one record i want, much less two. Really searching for a second exclusive this month. Have Metric selected so far. May go with Adrianne Lenker for my other record. I need some more country/americana/folk releases.
They had warned on an email before the member portal that not canceling a sub when getting the year would result in two subs post transfer. Not sure how that would impact the consecutive month rewards. But I'd had them do a thing for me that led to two post transfer and I emailed and they got it sorted really easily.
I selected two, but they moved one to March for me and said the two picks should disappear after this month and just be one. But honestly they're still learning the system and not 100% sure. Pam is great at taking care of my issues either way, so I figure if it messes anything up she'll take care of it for me.
