Cute Animal Thread

The weaning phase has started!

Lorraine and Skee-lo took to the new food well! Which was surprising since they were more sickly and smaller than the other two.

Lil Mookie only wanted a bottle so I mixed it with some of the canned food, and he still liked it.

Big Al, being half possum, was too smart to fall for the same bottle trick.

But after some coaxing he gave it another try.

So it was time for a new place bath! No one was happy about it.

Skee-lo was the most pissed about it.

He's jumped in multiple times. She still wants to eat him

Hopefully, it's not a poisonous one. In FL we have a few that are. Years ago my sister almost lost a pomeranian she had at the time because he chased and tried to eat a poisonous toad in the yard. After one lick/bite he collapsed and started having seizures. We rinsed the dog’s mouth with a hose and then rushed him to a vet. Thankfully he made it, but his first day back he went right back to chasing the dang frogs/toads! 🤦🏾‍♀️
