My copy of the AP 45RPM cut by KPG & SH is possibly the best sounding record I own.

Got refunded from uDiscover for the Acoustic Sounds Sarah Vaughn. Damn! They had the best price I’d found. That won’t be a limited press, correct?

Yeah believe they’ll be repressed until they stop selling and then some hahaha. Seems like Acoustic Sounds likes to repress if there’s a demand for it!

Yeah it had been pushed back from March to tomorrow but I went hunting for more info when I’d heard nothing about shipping. DD have still kept my pre active so 🤞🏻

It’s not the worst though. I had the Love Is Hell preordered for 2 and a bit years between the intial announcement and mofi actually releasing it! And that was a long time before covid!

I have it on pre-order from our friend in the north. I'm not exactly looking forward to this being released.
 
Not sure if these are represses or restocks, but In Sheeps Clothing has Duke Pearson "I Don't Care Who Knows It" (AAA, mastered by Sean Magee @ Abbey Road, pressed @ Pallas, and limited to 1,000 copies) and Haruomi Hosono "Medicine Compilation from the Quiet Lodge" (mastered by Yoshinori Sunahara and vinyl cut by Bernie Grundman and pressed @ Sony in Japan) in stock.

I picked up the Pearson and the new "zine" Music Never Stops, vol. 1. I also can recommend the other zine on the site, "Jazz Kissa - Gateway to Jazz Kissa" vol 1.

The Duke Pearson is great, I need to dig that out for a listen.

The Jazz Kissa magazine is pretty cool. I want to plan a trip to Japan but probably need to stop buying so many records if I'm ever going to save any money.
 
Are you guys satisfied for with the SC version of Stone Flower or should I get the ORG?

Is the ORG even available at retail somewhere still?

I recently got the SC pressing of it. I can try to give it a spin later to refresh my memory on how it sounds but I remember it sounding great. The ORG is long OOP. I think @Ghost was trying to track the ORG down but not sure if he had any luck!

😭😭😭, this is a sore spot for me. I’ve been hunting for an affordable Stone Flower ORG press for nearly a year now with no luck, particularly looking for the 33 but it’s been scooped up and there’s no copies for sale anywhere. ORG said the license expired and they don’t have permission to repress it either, so the SC might be the best move. I’m holding out hope for finding an ORG copy but may have to spring for the SC soon
