Had an email respsonse from Misty today as well. She said if it doesn't show up in 45 days to check back with Craft and "they'll see what they can do." Ha ha.

Maybe I'm just being impatient.

No, you're not. It would be one thing if they acted like they give a F-k and . . . I don't know . . . sent someone to the post office to ask what's going on. The packages are still at the original drop-off location waiting for acceptance.

USPS is bogged down, but this tracking status is not normal for 10 days.

At least Craft seems to be enjoying amateur hour. Did Misty really say, "We'll see what we can do"? Why, thank you for the incredible commitment to your customers!!!

I sent them an email asking to see if anyone could inquire with the post office, because there is a large number of people in the same situation..
 
I ordered Natalie Merchant's Tigerlily MoFi and was really enjoying it through the 1st LP, to only discover that in the next sleeve was another copy of the first LP. This is going to be a pain in the ass to get a proper copy, isn't it? I ordered from Plaid Room so I anticipate they will try their best, but it's not like this thing is easily obtainable.

Yep pretty much. Mofi will only help with replacements if you ordered from them or Music Direct
