Definitive Audiophile pressings

I have the 2013 RSD red version (cut by CB) and yes, it sounds great!
the black is based off the same stampers i believe, also sounds amazing.

i finally found it at around 30ish a while back but for months it was 45-55+. Which, I love KM,KM,KM but I'm not dropping 60 bucks on it. I've already bought it on CD twice and cassette once. damn you robert smith and your enchanting little tunes

Disintegration looks like a difficult find, but I'm sure it will get a repress

I plan on waiting for a repress as well. Disintegration is my favorite album ever and I’m reasonably happy with my Brazilian copy with the original vinyl track list (10 tracks only), but I’m approaching the point where I may want to hear a different mix.

Connect the dots is only on CD though? Its there a vinyl version?

It’s CD only.

If anyone wants to pay a bit of a premium for the sold out Nilsson MOFI, I saw my local had 3 in the store while I was browsing their RSD leftovers today.

Might be the best sounding record in my entire collection. Or at the very least Jump into the Fire and Coconut might be the best sounding two songs.

Anyone own any of the Pink Floyd half-speed mastered albums? How do they sound? Worth tracking down ?
I’ve had my eye on the Wish You We’re Here one. I’ve heard that and The Wall are great but The Wall is insanely expensive any time I’ve seen it.

assuming you’re talking about the CBS mastersound half speeds.

I am :)

the wall is absolutely crazy…wish mofi or ap would get on that shit:)

I am happy with my BG 2016 version I got on sale for $30cdn.
Weirdly, I thought I had a copy of The Wall but can't seem to find it in my discogs or on my shelves...but I did have a period where I didn't input everything and had some records at work and some at home. I might just grab the BG version if I don't have it.

The BG sounds really good. I'll wait for a proper MOFI, AP, One Step, UHQR or whatever before I shell out $700.
