Do you make stuff?

I started taking customer service calls at my job 2 and a half weeks back now so have had time to do larger doodles outside of the post it’s I always shared here previously.

Today I woke up thinking it was Tuesday, got upset with a third coworker for coming into the office while still not feeling well and spilled my coffee on my notebook...



Have a better Wednesday then I have! 🤣

The coffee just adds some flavor... that spider is super sick. thank you for sharing
 
hopefully everyone is still creating! Here’s a few things I’ve done, what I’m working on and something you can buy if you want!

I love that you are playing around by restricting your palate. I had been restricting my paintings to the Zorn palate for a while, and now I'm slowly adding colors in to see how it affects things.

I've been a slacker--actually, I've been crazy busy at work--but I feel like there's a painting rolling around in my brain that I have to get out. I think I'm going to ask the hubs if I can get a few hours to myself to paint. I also have gotten some new beads, and I've been itching to do some beadweaving.

Awesome work!

I've been busy with work, so I haven't made a lot recently. Another glass bat, which I donated to a raffle to raise funds for bat conservation research in the western US. Then a couple plant propagation pieces that we're selling at a small, local plant shop that opened up in our area.

Also, working on a few new ideas for some music-related pieces, thinking specifically about some French robots that decided to retire this year.

I really like the last one a LOT. The colors, the use of negative space, those circles give it some movement. Very nice.

Packing that last one up this evening to ship out to its new home. Has me looking back at the last month and I’m almost done with the next one. Made some stickers as well if you like king gizzard. Also started painting on a blank LP sleeve an album was shipped in. Hope everyone had a good May.

I love the exploration of black and white with color background. And that skull as a drawing on it's own is really lovely. Nice details.
