As you don’t have a phono stage built in you can connect it to any of the inputs, they’re all line level. As for the sub, what sub do you have so we know which connections it has?
Tuner is fine. The subwoofer connects
If you connect to Aux 1 make sure the associated switch is not switched to HT.
I have a Dali Sub E-9F.
You will use RCA cables to connect from the Pre Out jacks to the inputs on your subwoofer.

I can’t see a sub woofer out on that pic the amp so I’d do an rca run to the line in on the sub. @HiFi Guy would you connect it to the pre-out or the tape out for line level?
Guess i need to buy an RCA cable tomorrow because i have a Argon Audio Red Edition SC-1 that went from the sub to the Onkyo receiver and i'm guessing that won't work now?
Yeah the amp doesn’t have a sub out so a sub cable isn’t the right one sorry!
Fiddlesticks! Well, that's what happens when you don't think of everything lol

Surely you've got a spare RCA lying around!
Looks like i might have hit another snag. Since i bought the Musical Fidelity M2si from Analogue Seduction, it comes with a UK power cable. The UK to DK adapter i bought might not be powerful enough as the MF instructions manual says it needs a 13 amp fuse or plug and the adapter is only 10 amp, i think.

Worst case you can try it and the fuse blows. It may not though. What you have may get you through until you get a suitable adaptor.
If you're wanting any of the ZU cables I would venture over to their ebay account and try your luck at bidding for a set, you can usually do much better than their "retail" pricesMission-RCA interconnect
