I got my new amp last year. I had the previous amp since like 2005.

Boy, I looked at it. General opinion seems to be that the R/9X is more exacting and would probably be a better fit for home theater, but I do love the look of the Classic.

True, probably better for home theater…. I discussed the options with REL between the t7x and the Classic 98. They suggested the Classic 98 for my speakers and the fact that it’s for stereo listening only.

The T9x is a beast. Can’t go wrong either way.
