Dirty is some killer stuff. Name is apt. Never could get into Goo much.Yeah, I prefer Goo, and Dirty but “Diamond Sea” is absolutely brilliant. WM was the first SY album I owned on CD.

I'm with you on that. WM is the last album I really know from them too, but it's a damn good one.Yeah, I prefer Goo, and Dirty but “Diamond Sea” is absolutely brilliant. WM was the first SY album I owned on CD.
00's SY is an underappreciated beast. Give Murray Street or Sonic Nurse a listen when you're in the mood.I'm with you on that. WM is the last album I really know from them too, but it's a damn good one.
Yeah, fantastic albums Rather Ripped too!00's SY is an underappreciated beast. Give Murray Street or Sonic Nurse a listen when you're in the mood.

Did this go through a rinse and spin cycle? Yeesh. What happened?
Best post Daydream Nation album, imo. Quintessential 90's SY.
That's a bit of a tricky one. They started out of the No-Wave scene, making experimental noise music until Sister, where they become the indie rock powerhouses that they're known for. The run from Sister through Dirty is their peak, and for the most part its a clear progression from their original sound to a more mainstream 90's guitar-rock oriented feel.I want to try to get into SY again. Maybe it will work this time. What's the best album to start with?
Seriously if they haven’t clicked I would give Goo or Murray St. a listen. They are more traditional straight ahead guitar rock albums. If you like those then you can start checking out the albums that came out around those.I want to try to get into SY again. Maybe it will work this time. What's the best album to start with?
This just looks like a plate of flavor and I want it

That chihuahua is humungous!
who do you think bought the albums? a chihuahua that size asks for your credit card, you give it up! And then you call to make sure your credit limit is high enough to not incur the cur's wrathThat chihuahua is humungous!
But for real, what I was really excited by was the RE of Loveless with both tape's masters. They did a double CD like that a few years back but it had some glitches and was becoming kinda pricey. I already have those albums on LP so I was psyched to see that double of Loveless coming outThat chihuahua is humungous!
