Anyway, Mr. Google is telling me that this is Alborosie (who?) and the album is called Sound The System (what?).
But my knowledge of italian music is Jovanotti, Nek and Eurovision, so maybe Alborosie is well known?

its not a totally obscure pick though. the guy is an highly regarded reggae artist and not unknown.
i only figured out theother one by using clues and discogs .
