I think you can contact Daupe and get it refunded. Other UK stores are offering to do that because they know some EU customs still haven't gotten a hang on how it all works.

I can only imagine that it got fucked during manufacturing as the whole edge is wonky besides that crack. the box it was shipped in and the jacket are completely fine and it was wrapped in bubble wrap, so I don't think it had anything to do with Good Felons
