Hip Hop

not even Big Ass Bracelet?
Nope. It's too repetitive and it just comes off as disjointed as if the beat and the lyrics weren't even recorded together and the verses were just played over the "beat" in the background. I usually gravitate to samples like that too, but it does nothing for me.

I'm finally listening to the new Gunn, so far so good.. but I can understand the feeling that's it's not coming with the energy you want.

what's with all the turning Cs to Bs with Gunn? Supreme Blientele, Boachella, Ritz Barlton, etc. is he just Buffalo-izing shit?

I always thought it was a crip/blood thing but I could be way off base. YG called Compton/Bompton

Technically it's a Blood-Crip thing. Ive never heard of West being affiliated like that, but that's what it's from.
Edit: missed @Enaz Fox comment before mine, but yah can confirm lol. C-Mac turned me on to that it's actually really impressive how fluidly he does it at all times 😂

I’m loving the Gunn. These soul samples are right in my wheelhouse. I even like the off-tune Ritz Barlton beat. Gunn is typical Gunn. Nack is my dude. Nice to see him getting some shine. And I just smile every time Stove steps on a track. Dude seems to be having so much fun.

And that Daringer beat on Flip V. Phil…🔥🔥🔥
