Looking at it, it should be easily peeled with care, but it depends on the type of glue used. If it doesn't come out easily I just cut with scissors and paste upon a new outer with clear tape.

I always end up ruining shrink if I leave it on, since my shelf is too full now and I'm afraid to peel them off, so I just cut them out and put them in the jacket.
