Listened to this only once when it came out. I'm a Benny fan but not anywhere close to completionist on his or Griselda catalog so don't think I'll be tempted on this. Plus, waiting on that E. 1999 pre-order on Saturday

What happened with Tuff Kong (if you don’t mind me asking)? I ordered from them first time today. I hope everything goes smooth with the Boldy drop. I need that one.

After they did that big Divino drop where they released King Midas and Fishscale at the same time, I noticed the Headcrack 7-inch about 10 minutes after placing my order. The problem is that I wasn't interested in dropping 12 Euro on shipping for a 7-inch that cost 15. I commented on IG asking if they'd combine shipping, if I wanted to add it and they said definitely, and to just send them a message through the site and they'd do it. So, I did. Then I immediately sent them the order numbers to combine them. A few days later, I get an email saying that they could offer me "credit," if that's cool. At the same time, I got a shipping notice.

Like a lot of people, I've had waaayyy too much other shit to deal with in my life, so I didn't feel like dealing with their specific bullshit, at the time. I was either going to have to accept credit, or I was going to have to tell them to get fucked and I was just too worn out with other real responsibilities. When I finally responded to ask how credit would even work, since most drops vanish too quick for me to be imputing some credit, they told me that I waited too long and now I don't get the credit either. They'd already shipped it by itself, because I didn't respond. I didn't see the rush, since I already had a shipping notice. PLUS, my entire request was for combine shipping. Whether they gave me credit or a refund, I never once asked to have it shipped by itself.

That's my experience with them. My entire order was based on something they guaranteed and then retracted.
