Hip Hop

@Jonathan Y

Dude, I mean this sincerely, you are probably the most positive dude on this thread and clearly the biggest Mach Hommy fan. Thought about it last night and this record would mean more to you than me.

You and @SixthDeadlyVenom if he wants in on this send a donation to Greater Chicago Food Depository | Chicago's Food Bank
and the respective records are yours. Don’t feel the need to send exactly what these records cost but give what you can. This is my favorite charity here and it provides direct relief to people. Your donation will put actual meals in people’s hands here. Like a lot of places, this city is in for a long winter.

@EmeryRK is probably the only person in this thread that I’ve sent records to that can vouch for me but if you want to give right now, make a donation to this charity for the holidays and post
a screenshot, the MHL black and DM2 are yours respectively in January.

@SixthDeadlyVenom - If you would prefer to keep the original deal of $60 shipped in January, that’s cool too.

Not all heroes wear capes! Great idea with this, I'll send my donation in a bit.

I just dont get it.

Lynch owns the rights to his own music again, but he slacks. Black Market decided to run around signing contracts for releases they didn't legally own anymore, before Lynch and Madesicc could. Since Lynch and Madesicc are low budget uninformed clowns to a certain extent, they didn't want to work with dRW or anyone else and chose to refer to them as bootlegs. Meanwhile, they chose to do their own super disorganized release that looks bootleg as fuck.

One label posted about a 24 Deep vinyl and I tagged Lynch and Madesicc. He immediately deleted the IG post and then kept harrassing me with IG dms and comments in my unrelated posts. I told this dude that I didn't give a fuck and if it's legit, he shouldn't be tripping if Lynch knows about it. Fans don't want to keep ordering shit just to watchnit get pulled. I had to block this clown. He felt like I should know it was "official" and I should tag Black Market. He wouldn't shut the fuck up.

That is wild!

Finally let go of Bucket List Project and Care For Me. I’ll shed a single tear as I drop this package off at the post office.
I always keep thinking I should sell my Care For Me. Never even played it, just opened the package once 🤷‍♂️

Ideally I should trade it for one of the Griselda projects I missed but want but just never did the work

I also sold Noname, but I liked them all. I just always hesitated spinning them because of what they sold for. Didn’t want to mess them up somehow. I needed to recover some of the money I’ve dropped recently and I definitely did that .

I told you all these were already produced and shelved.

That's sad asf.. Those hype stickers alone are more well done then the entire release by madesicc. On top of all the low budget bullshit they chose Amazon as well and to release it around the holidays which means zero fucks will be given with packing vinyl. Mine was thrown in a huge box with one little strip of air pillows lol.. Obviously came pretty beat up and they're sold out so no replacements.

I'm debating on just returning it since I heard it doesn't good either (a lot of surface noise?). Anyone that has spun it have any opinions? If it sounds at least somewhat solid i'll keep it since I was obviously not expecting anything close to audiophile anyways.

my copy sounds solid just as good as the CD i had or even better.for me i'm happy with this Brotha Lynch pressing paid $25 vs $60 for the other cancelled pressing (i won't spend more than $50 for any record) and sound quality is really solid.
