Interscope Vinyl Collective

Received mine today. First time subscribing and it was just for this release - I submitted for cancellation and my account shows "pending cancellation" for Feb 1st.

For those who have used it before, that means I am canceled and it won't renew correct?

Edit: Also didn't even receive the slipmat. Thanks Interscope. :(

Did you check the jacket, cause it’s in that according to reports?
 
I feel like a real doofus because I've looked through the jacket multiple times, looked in the shipping box, etc.

No slipmat.

I have had good luck with Route but trying to decide whether to contact Route or IVC directly. I'd definitely like a refund (seems like they typically do 50% for seam splits), but I'd also still like my slipmat.

i really wish they'd stop being cheap and shell out for some protective inner sleeves. dr. octagon is the second release i've gotten that came jam packed with awful scratches on every single side. maybe they just assume most people are buying these releases only to look at them? i just want to listen to these great releases without obnoxious ticks throughout.
 
Anyone not have their Dr Octagon ship yet who is an existing member? They accidentally charged $10 shipping this month and then went back and refunded and Im hoping they didnt accidentally cancel the whole order.

I got my refund for shipping and got it delivered a week or so ago
 
Damn Thanks. Just emailed in to them. Any luck with their customer service? I’m a day 1 subscriber and if they don’t send me a copy for any reason I’m not going to be thrilled

Way back with the the Dre release I had a dinged corner with their horrible packaging. It took some time but I eventually got a response and they sent me a new jacket but like I said it did take some time to get initial response back

You just recently got a new jacket? Mine has a huge seam split. Might try contacting them if you got a replacement recently.

No it was right after if came out but it took some time for them to reply to my initial email and then a few more emails before they finally shipped one. I would say it was a month or two after I got my original delivery that I got the new jacket.

They already responded back saying they are going to look into it. So at least response times seemed to have improved
 
on the subject of customer service: i emailed them with a photo of the scratches plaguing my octagon LPs on friday and by sunday afternoon i'd already exchanged a couple emails with them. a replacement was on the way monday. of course this is universal so ymmv. just annoying to have to even bother when what i wanted to do was enjoy listening.
