Any newbies like me wondering "where the hell is the slipmat" - it's wedged in the gatefold.

Received mine today. First time subscribing and it was just for this release - I submitted for cancellation and my account shows "pending cancellation" for Feb 1st.

For those who have used it before, that means I am canceled and it won't renew correct?

Did you check the jacket, cause it’s in that according to reports?

Also, if it isn’t there. Contact cs. Chances are they refund you your purchase.

I feel like a real doofus because I've looked through the jacket multiple times, looked in the shipping box, etc.

No slipmat.

I have had good luck with Route but trying to decide whether to contact Route or IVC directly. I'd definitely like a refund (seems like they typically do 50% for seam splits), but I'd also still like my slipmat.
