It’d be a big call to put in a kid or a championship journeyman ahead of him. I think this early in a season, and after him being a number 2 for a few years, you’ve got to let him try to play his way into form. He looked a real good keeper before Leicester and when he’s played for Wales.

I think Erikson playing deeper should help him but he really needs to start putting the ball in the back of the net to start to build his confidence up again.

Yep it’s sad to see - a couple of goals and you feel like he could be back up there - but to be fair this united team are so poor it’s no wonder he’s struggling
