I thought bringing in Casemiro was supposed to help with the issues of playing Bruno and Eriksen together. Not to excuse Eriksen who was bad today but it seems like he's being asked to do something he hasn't done well for his whole career. And I think McTom could do well in a double pivot but asking him to cover as the sole CDM is a little much. I haven't seen much of United's recently decent form just curious as to why Casemiro hasn't gotten much run.

He’s looked off the pace and unsure of his job in the Europa league games and cameos. When he came in ten Haag said it would take time to get him up to speed in terms of fitness and he place in the team and that seems to be the case. In fairness to McTominay, he was shit today but he played really well in the previous 4 where we had built a decent bit of momentum and form despite a few tough matches. Cassemiro will get his opportunity but he won’t be rushed in before the manager feels he’s ready.
