I just realised there is potential for a Messi V Ronaldo face off in the final. So that’s what I’m going for.

US downfall was not starting Reyna and Aaronson in this game and every game. They changed the game even though the gulf in quality between the two teams is too much to overcome.

If I’m honest I saw a lot of difference in the way this team plays. Past US teams just got by on pure effort. These guys look like they are actually trying to play the game, but lacked that world class quality to get goals easily. Holland were disciplined and professional.

Hahaha! England are a significantly better team than Poland and even if he scores 2 or even a hat trick then he still has to score 4/5 against the likes of Brazil & Argentina in 2 games lol.

Also I know that Just Fontaine got 13 back in the 50s but I don’t think anyone has gone past 6 in a modern World Cup.
