Didn't watch but saw highlights and watched the prior two USWNT matches. US are going to get stomped in the next round when they come up against another serious team. I also don't know how the Dutch only managed one goal against them.

Maybe they did not took Portuguese team seriously enough. Portugal had the biggest opportunity of the match at 90+2 and US were very close to come home early.

yup, that would have been the biggest shock in maybe the entire history of the Women's Game. Two time reigning champs, odds on favorite crashing out of the group against first time participants in Portugal. It would have been crazy.

Sad for my Portuguese girls but played great football. Can't wait to see them play again.
