It Could Get A Bit Messi In Here - The Football Thread.

Saw a few headlines on the dark web that players and Cooper weren’t meshing.
I know a brand new manager needs time to establish their methods, but I don’t think he’s tactically fit for the Premier League. And that’s ok.

Oh no. Not the sacking, although I like managers to be given time in general. More the statement was let’s say a tad Yankee sports in its vernacular.

We have like 200m in players hurt or suspended right now lol

GK: Vicario
CBs: Van de Ven, Romero
DM: Bentancur
LW: Mikey Moore
RW: Wilson Odobert
ST: Richarlison

I hope this pushes us to get a better backup come January.
Forster ain't that bad but yeah. I kind of feel like Austin or Whiteman should step up or be given a couple dead rubber Europa games because we have literally no idea if they're good or bad since they never play. Forster was always a stop-gap/kick the can down the road backup anyways.

I’ve seen Austin when he was with Orlando and I don’t think he had a PL future

Edit: also our Europa games are pretty hard. Not sure the right moment to test a new keeper
