It was for sale on HMV in Japan for a while but didn't pulled the trigger thinking I would find it somewhere in Europe. I haven't seen the record for sale on Discogs a single time. Where are thos 500 copies?! :p
 
Has anyone had any issues with their Acoustic Sounds/Verve reissues? My Coltrane Ballads was delivered a few weeks ago and I just got around to spinning it - it sounds ok for the most part but there is a barely visible mark across the last two songs on side B resulting in a repeated clicking sound.

I hadn't heard of this before so did a bit of exploring. Looks like it will contain: "7 never-before-heard tracks from the original 1959 Time Out recording sessions, including 2 tunes that weren't on the original recording." Here's a sampling--really interesting.

When will the Sam Records exclusive be announced? This is my favorite label, though I probably buy most of them when I am visiting family in France I might have to figure out another way to get it if it is limited.
