Has anybody from the US ordered from WBC before? I'd love to grab a copy of this one.

Thanks for the CS!It is surprisingly easy! Here is the link to the international subscriber page (Google Chrome does a good job with the auto-translation if you don't know French). A single month sub comes to about $40, maybe a couple of bucks more with the conversion rate. Doing longer subs will give you a bit of a discount and shipping is included in the cost for any sub!
WBC's founder and sole employee @Edd is here on these forums so if you have any additional questions or need any help getting a subscription set up, he is more than happy to help.
I've been an off-and-on subscriber to WBC for the past year and a half and it is a great little subscription service. It's helped me discover a lot of new music from around the world and plus, it has its own online shop of curated titles that allowed me to pick up some imports that I probably wouldn't have otherwise been able to get without paying an arm and a leg on shipping.
Thanks! Hi @Edd ! Just subscribed. Looking forward to getting this new release—I’m a huge fan of the work Sam Records does! And you seem to have some really great curation tooIt is surprisingly easy! Thanks Mike, and welcome to the club. Shipping will start on January the 5th, as always, and will be over the 7th. You’re not so many. Thanks! Hi @Edd ! Just subscribed. I do have a question: by indicating this Sam Records pressing is exclusive to your club, does that mean Sam will not be offering his own (non-club) pressing of this recording? Thanks! Thanks Mike, and welcome to the club. Shipping will start on January the 5th, as always, and will be over the 7th. You’re not so many.
I’m too. I did discover him when I start the WaxBuyersClub 6 years ago on TSF Jazz (French Radio, 100% Jazz). He is one of the kindest guys I’ve been working with.
If you have any questions please ask.
This records will be available worldwide via SamRecords by mid February 2022. Therefore, the WBC Exclusive has an exclusive photo insert and the price is extra fair. Same dubplate, same pressing. I always do colored exclusive vinyl except for Sam Records.I do have a question: by indicating this Sam Records pressing is exclusive to your club, does that mean Sam will not be offering his own (non-club) pressing of this recording? 58 Jazz Giants in One Immortal Image (Published 2018)
In 1958, these jazz soloists heeded a highly un-jazzlike 10 a.m. call to a stoop in Harlem for a photograph celebrating the music’s collective moment.www.nytimes.com
@avecigrec thought of you yesterday. Went to a record shop I haven’t been to before that’s near me. They had a good jazz selection and I talked to the guy working there. He mentioned they just had a killer jazz collection come in including tons of original Sun Ra titles. Sadly it had all sold (and was probably more money than I would have spent) but I’ll keep an eye on that shop from now on! Good to know there’s a local that has a good jazz selection!
Just been getting into Vijay Iyer a bit myself, thought I would pass this on...
Intriguing, not sure I like the strings on Better Together tbhSo this album made Wilco's favorite albums list of 2021. Maybe a Nels Cline pick?

After listening to some samples online, I'm impressed. I'm sure some of you know of Timo Lassy from Finland but I had never heard of him. Will definitely try to pick this up, though it seems like few vinyl copies exist in the U.S.
I don't see any indication this is 2LP (33 1/3 and only two sides of titles listed on Elusive's site); odd that even Impex doesn't show this on their site.Any discussion here about the Kenny Dorham Matador 2xLP AAA reissue? Chris Bellman cut and pressed at RTI.
Seeing it at Elusive Disc for $40 with a Feb release date. Has this popped up anywhere else?
Yes, my mistake. Single LP at 33 rpm, not a 2xLP.I don't see any indication this is 2LP (33 1/3 and only two sides of titles listed on Elusive's site); odd that even Impex doesn't show this on their site.
EDIT: Looks like they released it as an SACD in July.

Yeah, but that cover alone is worth $10!Yes, my mistake. Single LP at 33 rpm, not a 2xLP.
$40 for one LP though, yeesh. Guess that is where we are now. Well, I suppose that might be the standard for audiophile releases.
