Awesome set up. I'm a huge fan of Thorens as well. Have had my Vinyl Nirvana one for probably 3 or 4 years now and I love the look and the sound of it.

I'm lucky that my spouse has let me incorporate this set-up into our living room. We run the TV audio through the system as well.
Cheers.

This thread is inspiring me to slow down on the records in order to save money for some upgrades!
Rome wasn't built in a day my friend. Figure out a budget and start planning, it doesn't have to happen over night and keep an eye out for the right opportunities. It really just takes a little commitment and just by curbing your vinyl purchases a bit you would be amazed how quickly the little system next egg grows. Remember there are a lot of forum members willing to share their experience and knowledge and most of all, we all started somewhereSame - I'm just in awe of all of your systems... and I've now learned of a bunch of new amazing brands of kit. @phramenma has a stunning system, as does @HiFi Guy , @AnthonyI, @Mather and others...
Lebens, Klipsch Forte speakers, amazing Zu Audio speakers ... I'm just jaw on the floor over here!
Time to work hard & get a couple of decent bonuses to ramp up the setup... my little modest one which I will post when the light doesn't look shit...

I’d like to either get a phono pre amp or upgrade the receiver all together.
that was it to be honest...i saved up for two years with the Forte III's as my end goal!Back to back Forte posts! @Bigmac1963 and @Godardian - what other speakers did you consider in that price range?
Kind of cool to see one set running on a higher power solid state and one running on a low power (20wpc?) tube amp.
Can't argue with that! Still waiting to get my ears on a set.that was it to be honest...i saved up for two years with the Forte III's as my end goal!
