John Wick 4 was just a cornucopia of action filmmaking goodness. Overlong, yeah, but so well-shot, well-lit, well-choreographed, exciting, and funny that I didn’t care at all.

It felt like three one-hour John Wick movies (not a complaint in the least).

Have had a few close calls regarding spoilers for NOPE so before i finally watch it i figured it would be a good opportunity to rewatch his first two films.

Went to see the Mario Movie. Was there for my nephew’s birthday, so we were at a kids showing - there was a slide down the side of the cinema, and an intermission halfway through!

Got this popcorn tin, as well!

Watching the new Shazam movie and it's a pretty fun movie. Better than the first I think. A few things I think they could have done much better with, but I think I'll rewatch it occasionally.

The Skittles commercial they included was a bit too much branding though.

The Captain America trilogy is sneakily the best thing in the entire MCU imo. Save maybe the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

Hmmm to me it boils down to Irons Man 1 + 3 vs Thors 1 + 3 (haven’t seen 4) vs. Captains Merrica 1+ 2… Iron Man edges them out for me.

The two Guardians Of The Galaxy are my favorites from the MCU followed by the Cap trilogy which beats the others. They are the only two to not have a bad movie in their respective series imo.
