Fantastic picks! I’ve almost picked up the live Prine LP in the past (and I’ve streamed it a bunch). The Hawk LP is totally new to me, so I’m excited to give that a listen. Definitely excited to dig into the Prine book as well!

I always ask Santa to pick something that they really like and think I’d like, which I know isn’t the easiest request. Amazing job @NateOEB ! Thank you!

I enjoyed reading the book as I listened through John's discography. It gives some cool context to what was going on in his career, especially at the time this album was recorded.

The Hawk album is so smooth, one of my favorite late night spins.

Great choice! I love this album. No idea why I've never picked it up. That album run from There's Nothing Wrong With Love to this is easily one of my favorite 3 album runs in rock.

And another on the way, you are very generous. You are right that The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is a big hole in my collection that I would love to have. Don't worry about the delay, happy to wait.

This was surprising. Not something I think I ever would have discovered but so interesting. I find the 75-85ish NYC art rock scene super fascinating, so it is awesome to learn of this hidden (to me) slice of it. Haven't had time to spin it tonight but I checked out a few tracks and am digging it. Groovy bass, tons of assorted percussion, at times kinda reminds me of the Slits. Found this campy video hilarious:

Merry Christmas!! I guess I forgot to sign my letter lol

Pulsallama is one of my favorite finds this year so I'm happy to see you already digging them! As for lauryn hill I ended up canceling the urban outfitters order because they delayed it until February now! The good news is I found it in fye today so ill be sending it out tomorrow :)

Opened this today after getting a delivery confirmation email from Levitation for the new Gizz. Had a quick moment of thinking I must have ordered everything I'd had in my cart, 😂 Because this one has been sitting in there and I just hadn't pulled the trigger yet. But it came from Santa @bfly! (I think, cause it was signed by @itsbfly who isn't on here 😁) Very excited to give this a spin, I've been in love with all the Levitation stuff I've heard and all the Black Angels too so I am very excited to start my collection with this one! I'm also jealous that it's a local festival for you! Gonna have to make a trip out there for this one day.

I received this absolutely gorgeous pair of albums, which I can only assume is from my Santa - although they are both something I could have easily purchased late night without remembering! Someone dug through my somewhat limited recent forum activity I assume and am SO thankful and looking forward to blessing my ears very soon. Thank you Santa!!!
