I am in fidget waiting to get to my santee mode at the moment. Truth be told I have been checking the usps tracking by the hour to be sure it gets there. I had a bad run in with the postal people 10 years ago and I have been watching every package ever (leaving and coming in) like a hawk ever since.

It was the paramore fan club welcome package. I checked the mail every day for my welcome package. I decided after a month of greeting the mail person outside I should message the fan club. Turns out it was either a) lost in the mail b) stolen. I was told the package should have taken only a week. I got a new one a week later, but ever since then, I have watched everything.

That Master of None was supposed to have been the Blue variant...at least that's where I ordered it from on Discogs, so that we could be variant twinsies but this is a happy accident.

Your wantlist was fairly small but man, did we ever connect on that one. It's one album that I spin more often than most in my collection. I love the way it undulates through old pop, new wave, beautiful ballads and that pulsing Italo Disco. I get the urge to sit down and watch it all over again after listening because there was so much great music that missed the vinyl cut.

I had not heard of Slow West before seeing it on your list. It was right next to Master of None and it coloured me intrigued. That said, I gave it a stream and I really loved its vibe. Some might put it down to lazy searching on my behalf but mate, it won me over and now I also have a copy coming my way. So, I'm calling it Kismet. Thank you for that.

I hope that you have a stellar Christmas and may the presence of your loved ones keep you warm.

Reached out to the place I still haven't received a record from for my Santee and am waiting on a response. If this thing doesn't go through, I'm gonna have to find another option cause this was the easiest (I thought) way to get this certain record. If I don't hear back in the next two days, I'm gonna have to find another thing to send. Yes I already have the other records ready to go, just making it three total for a solid gift.
