My guess it it's Pacific Time, since Mark is based in LA. PST is when we fall back an hour and it is not currently observed.

Just coming to the end of my first listen. What a great pick @Skalap it's such an beautiful album. You can definitely hear subtle hints of Japanese influence in it. His piano playing is really lovely too. This album gave me the feels, man!
