I was really expecting the km to be indicative of a non US city pair but considered it could be there to throw us off.
I found a few more non-us hits that I added as an edit to the above.

The .gif is obviously The Fidgeting. Maybe something about separation anxiety?
Go ahead, it gives you a free spot on the wheelI had a really dumb guess that is 100% wrong but I'm not gonna waste everyone's time with it, so I'm just wasting your time here to say I'm looking forward to what this pick will end up being.

Don't worry the title is just to describe the funlol OK here it is: the Alita: Battle Angel soundtrack
I've actually never seen the movie, but am familiar a bit with the anime and manga. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic United States and again while I haven't seen the movie, some locations in the manga include Kansas City, Colorado Springs, and Dallas. Colorado Springs and Dallas are... kind of close to 1242km? Maybe?
So there you have it: anime! (sort of) Anarchy! (kinda) Memes! (umm... I'll get back to you on that)

i can safely say its the formerDoes the 5:18 refer to a timestamp in a video or a total length?
