It's not Liz Phair. I kinda wish it was cause there may not be an artist I love more. I am impressed with @girlnevergoesout flipping the clues that direction. She's sharp, she can get us there.

And I’ve just figured it out, Deb still hasn’t picked out the first ROTM. He’s just posting crazy shit and assumes one of us will connect all of his “clues” to some release and will then declare it the ROTM.
