Clues will continue evolving until album reveal, but I feel like this will happen on the 3rd evolution phase.

And just to get this off my (and y'alls's) chest... nothing with the album has anything to do with Pokémon. It was just an early analogy that stuck and now there's no going back. I've even tried to connect some dots and came up empty handed.

So it's Chicago?? Possibly Detroit? Side note there's an amazing Tiki Bar near my place that has amazing deep dish pizza... clearly that doesn't help anyone!!
 
I'm leaning towards the artist being from Chicago. Home of the Bulls and deep-dish pizza. Wendy's is a bit of a stretch as its origins are in Ohio, but Wendy does sound like windy and Chi Town is "The Windy City."

  • Bull is like a "Wrecking Ball"
  • Marianas Trench -> "Lowlands"
  • TMNT is clearly eating New York-style pizza, where Gillian was born
  • Possibly some more connections but I'll have to look at the million clues again
Though I don't think this is readily available on vinyl right now.
