No and sorry for the confusion. There will be no pickle battles, unfortunately.

The current crop of main clues may level up, grow stronger, become more potent. That's when their evolution level changes from I to II.

Mini-hints, once used to find the main clue, can be ignored and are no longer relevant.

Third mini clue suggest bicameral. Nebraska is the only state without a bicameral legislature so not sure what that has at all to do with Delaware. The hospital is a red herring.

I realized I was a little dyslexic with the main clue in terms of my vowel placement. I don't anticipate this being a big deal, especially as the clue evolves. But because I feel bad, here's a zoomed out photo of the second mini-hint which should be a giveaway.

I had some inkling this was a General Hospital thing - but not necessarily in terms of solving the mini-hints.
