A song from 2004 about a rocket...
It's a shame this only came out on CD so back to the drawing board?
I love this album!The Futureheads self-titled
Came out 2004 (Intl Year of Rice)
The song Decent Days and Nights was featured on the Burnout 3 soundtrack (racing video game; pretty sure those eyes are Paul Newman and he was into racing).
P4K gave Kanye's 2004 album, The College Dropout, an 8.2. They gave the Futureheads an 8.3. They were Kanye's Peppa Pig before there was a Peppa Pig (but, really, the lesson here is that maybe - just maybe - Kanye is his own Peppa Pig).
That rocket is a V2 developed by Germans for use in WW2. The Futureheads are from Sunderland, a target of the Luftwaffe due to its shipbuilding (note: Paul Newman was a sailor on a U.S. aircraft carrier during WW2).
Nailed it!
The only other albums I thought was Arcade Fire Funeral or Interpol Antics but I couldn't make the connections besides year.I love this album!
Close, but no cigar.
It's not those either. The only other albums I thought was Arcade Fire Funeral or Interpol Antics but I couldn't make the connections besides year.
That would have been a great choice, I love that album too.The Hold Steady Almost Killed Me
Frack! Craig Finn is even from the same place as Paul Newman. That would have been a great choice, I love that album too.
But not it.
Oh shit! This has gotta be it. 2004, 6.3 on P4K, song called Paul Newman's Eyes, V2 records.
Lol. I searched through the thread for N&G top albums of all time that was made last year or so to find their list to see if I could get some insight.
This is a great album too. It's currently in my car's CD player.
This is it!
