Once I use it, I guess? Unless standings position comes into effect at some point (it's a good month into the season before standings are used in the NHL for waiver position IIRC).

I believe waivers for our league work like in the real league. It doesn't change with a claim and rotate, but whoever's in last place should get first dibs.

I think with the COVID situation we will be doing a lot of roster changes.

Kind of, but roster-size limits and a maximum of 3 player adds per week are meant to prevent cycling players continually to that end.

Not sure if you're on iPhone or if it's different, but in the matchup tab, if you click your opponents' team name it should show their players.
