On the third track, really enjoying this one.I really like the new album Utopian Fantasy by Allie Crow Buckley! This West Coast signer-songwriter draws influences from 70's Laurel Canyon (think Joni Mitchell) to dream pop and even classic metal for her brooding, hypnotic adult alternative songs. She's worked with SVE on her debut LP and has opened for the likes of Jenny Lewis and Maggie Rogers.
Listening to this now and her voice reminds me of Lapsley but with slightly less gusto. Instrumentation is a hybrid of folk and adult alternative that is a little similar to the first Lapsley album too.I really like the new album Utopian Fantasy by Allie Crow Buckley! Agree with this! Really liked this one a lot.If you like industrial dance music and harsh abrasive post-punk sung entirely in a foreign language (French), than I highly recommend i've seen a way by Mandy Indiana!!!!
Ummm, we have to talk about how good the new Kesha album is...
Because it's really good, y'all.
I have no idea what to listen to right now, so I've added these two. The (still ongoing) feeling of new music burnout is the worst I've felt in years. If you like industrial dance music and harsh abrasive post-punk sung entirely in a foreign language (French), than I highly recommend i've seen a way by Mandy Indiana!!!!
