Take it from a sad middle aged dad like myself...it's much betterI’ve not heard the new new one but the two before it were sad middle aged dad snoozy time lullabies.

Just finished giving it a run this morning. Pushing a different sound once more. I bet you really love "x w x" and "Cyber Meat" (I do too). The seamless transitions between songs is something that was not present before.New yeule album is awesome... didn't see it on anyone's radar lists, so here to give it props....
You are correct...those two are highlights, along with bloodbunny, but I don't think there's a song on it that I don't like.Just finished giving it a run this morning. I like it.
RBF Alert
Just discovered the band Great Falls and their new album Objects Without Pain. This is noise/hardcore/sludge at its absolute finest. This thing is a relentless beast of fast-paced, pummeling aggression. I'm reminded a lot of the band Chat Pile here. Probably one of the strongest extreme metal albums of the year for me
Adding to the radar for tomorrow
Doja Cat - Scarlet
Kylie Minogue - Tension
Damn, took you long enough to listen to this one I didn't see it on your weekly roundup post and just figured you'd passed it by. Definitely hits the mark, as you sayExcellent. Vicious, yet ebbs and flows creatively at apropos moments. Other modern post-(anything) bands should take note.
This hits the mark.

The Yeule album is more guitar heavy and draws heavily from shoegaze and punk, and for that reason I like itYou are correct...those two are highlights, along with bloodbunny, but I don't think there's a song on it that I don't like.
It’s one I plan on checking out. I didn’t get to any new music yet this week. . I bet @Kris will be checking it out too.

Wow, I never realized how much Kelsey Waldon sounds like Nanci Griffith...They did a great job on Nanci's signature song. I do miss her story about the Woolworth store from the live version.I really like it. Given who wrote the songs and who came along to do their own versions it's not surprising but, given how tribute albums sometimes can be, it is a relief!
Wasn’t aware there was a tribute record being released. I’ll have to check it out.I'd also be curious to know what @Aron thinks of it (Nanci Griffith tribute album)
I believe Craft is behind the tribute as well.Wasn’t aware there was a tribute record being released. I’ll have to check it out.
i did get that Nanci box set that was just released from Craft, that features her pre-MCA records. Seems Nanci is getting a little spotlight right now, which I’m more than fine with.
